Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

Liability: Souvenir-IT will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Souvenir-IT harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the client’s use of our services.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Souvenir-IT is registered.

Changes to Terms: Souvenir-IT reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
